For this project we completely refurbished a London recording studio, located in Carnaby Street, Soho. This involved a complete re-design, both visually and acoustically. In all we refurbished three studio rooms, an acoustic soundproof booth, and a contemporary office space. This was all in an old-style London building, and you’re able to view their facilities on their website. Everything is this project was completely bespoke to our clients needs.

This loft conversion project created a second floor for a home in Leatherhead, Surrey, and it involved bespoke carpentry and joinery. We transformed the loft area and built a brand new staircase for easy access. We also created a brand new bedroom in the loft, which was head height and featured an en-suite bathroom.

The St Elmo project was a new build eco house situated in the iconic town of Epsom, home of the world-famous derby. The space started off housing a small bungalow, plotted within half an acre of land.
We were commissioned to design and build a bespoke eco house in the space. Our Client had very strong ideas and visions for what they wanted, as this was their dream home. Therefore, we worked closely with architects and the client throughout to ensure their every wish was met.
The bungalow that was on the land was demolished and levelled, and this gave us a blank canvas work with. We started by excavating the foundations to build a full floor area basement, which now includes a gymnasium and cinema. Once we were back at ground level, we built the bespoke masterpiece, which qualified to passive house specification. Since construction it has won multiple awards for its workmanship, quality architecture, and eco credentials.
This project involved structural alterations, a rear extension and remodel of the patio garden area. We removed existing supporting walls to open up the kitchen space. Achieving this has improved the flow of the property while combining the two most used rooms in the house, (kitchen and lounge). Therefor creating a spacious, modern kitchen/family room.
